Terrible deception - queen mattress


I am very upset. the salesman who helped me buy a Tempur-pedic last week on Nov. 22nd, lied and deceived me. He took advantage of my deafness and did not tell me the truth about clearance items being unreturnable and unrefundable. He said it would be. I have emailed, called twice, gone to the store (today, the 30th), and sen a tweet. Please help me get my money back, thanks. Other people have complained about this Fred Argani, according to another employee that I spoke with. Thank you.
