***BUYER BEWARE***
If you, as a consumer are about to make a purchase, please think twice and consider another store FIRST. I have come across so many horror stories regarding this company, Sleepy's, and am now a member of that "illustrius" group. I have reached out to several 'customer service' representatives, on numerous occasions, and have been getting the stall tactic that less reputable companies tend to use. This will probably be deleted, yet another attempt (by this company) to only lead people to think that you are safe to spend your money with them. my story follows:

Good Morning,

I am reaching out to you (yet, again) for a status response that you advised me would be forthcoming in our conversation on Sunday March 29th. On that day and in that conversation, I advised you that even after all of the unprofessionalism that i have experienced with Sleepy's and several customer service representatives (including several supervisors), I had decided to move forward and use the headboard that I purchased. At the initial purchase, i ordered a queen-sized head board, only to remove the contents from the box and see that a headboard for a full (or maybe even a twin) sized bed had been shipped to me. So, not only was I forced to use a headboard that i had every intention to ship back (the same day that I received it), but it's not even the right size.

You gave me the impression that you would look into this matter and I thought that, finally, someone at Sleepy's would assist me. This has been going on for over five months now (and I have all of the emails to confirm this). You asked me for the initial emails, i'm assuming so that what i told you could be confirmed. As I stated to you then, i have no reason to lie about any of this. I spoke to you over two weeks ago, and in that time frame, i haven't heard anything, from you or anyone else. Yet again, this seems like another stall tactic by you and this company, Sleepy's. Telephone calls are never returned. Emails are not responded to and if they are, its days or even weeks later.

I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in my life. To be treated this way by a company as large and as concerned about its consumers as it professes to be is mind-boggling. I have heard and read numerous stories about others being mistreated by Sleepy's, but I never would have imagined that I, who have made several big ticket purchases, would receive the same treatment. All I wanted was a queen-sized headboard and frame that i found on your website. I receive only the headboard, didn't want only a headboard, and immediately decided to return it. I was given several ambiguous explanations regarding the return policy. This back-and-forth took all of two months only to finally be told by a very rude customer service supervisor (the irony) that there is no return policy.

Even after all of this very annoying and stressful unprofessionalism, i decide to take my loss and use the headboard, only to find out that it isn't even the right size headboard! And your company's dismissive demeanor of this issue is something that I will never forget.

If you are going to eventually respond to this very draining situation, please do so. If you have no intention of assisting me, by all means at least let me know that too, and give me the name and/or telephone number of someone above you that can assist me.
