Sleepy's and refusal to honor warranty - Stearn's and Foster


2 years ago, I bought a high end mattress at Sleepy's in West Springfield MA. A year later the mattress started to sag in the center. We contacted both Sleepy's and Stearn's and Foster. The mattress manufacturer made us take photos and measurements. They got them and then told us that we had to go through Sleepy's for the action on the warranty. The sagging has gotten so bad that I now have chronic back pain and frequently wake in the night with pain. My husband and I have to sleep on opposite ends of the bed to keep from rolling to the center. Sleepy's used their "ruler" test and told us that our problem is not significant enough under warranty. What a scam.!!! If you lay in the middle of the bed you can see the indent all around you. Their is clearly something wrong with this mattress but Sleepy's and Stearns and foster refuse to acknowledge the problem. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well. This is ridiculous
