  • Terrible deception

    I am very upset. the salesman who helped me buy a Tempur-pedic last week on Nov. 22nd, lied and deceived me. He took advantage of my deafness and did not tell me the truth about clearance items being unreturnable and unrefundable. He said it would be. I have emailed, called twice, gone to the store (today, the 30th), and sen a tweet. Please help me get my money back, thanks.   • Sleepy's" Avoid At All Costs

    ***BUYER BEWARE*** If you, as a consumer are about to make a purchase, please think twice and consider another store FIRST. I have come across so many horror stories regarding this company, Sleepy's, and am now a member of that "illustrius" group. I have reached out to several 'customer service' representatives, on numerous occasions, and have been getting the stall tactic that less reputable companies tend to use.   • sagging mattress

    dr. breus monogold mattress sags in the middle when sleeping on it. 18 months old and there is no support in it. This was a waste of 2300.00 and am very sure this was not like the one I tried in the store. It is definitely of poor quality. I had talked to the salesman when I originally purchased it but he assured me I just needed to get used to it. Well my back hasn"t!!! More...

    This was the worst experience I have ever had, from the defective mattress that we had for FOUR (4) MONTHS, to the countless phone calls I had to make ending every time in a passive reassurance of resolution that STILL has not come. A redelivery that WAS NOT even scheduled by the supposed "supervisor". This company does not care about their customers. The worst decision I have ever made was purchasing from them, please head my warning and do not make the same mistake I did. More...

  • Sleepy's Mattress - Satisfied Customer after Measured UP!!!!

    Since I wrote my comments in Measured Up regarding the defective Sleepy's mattress we had for 1.5 years and their failure to correct the situation after numerous attempts to resolve this with them.... one day after posting it I received a call from their Customer Service HQs that they reviewed the situation, were sorry for it's occurence and wanted to correct the problem immediatley. We were and remain very happy with this. They asked us to go to a Sleepys store, pick out the new mattress we wanted to replaced the defective one, and call them back with the make and model number... More...
