    In august of 2011 me and my boyfriend ordered a beauty rest mattress from sleepys. My boyfriend paid in 3 payments. 2 by check and 1 by cash. The person who took the nal cash payment never entered t into the system correctly. Finally when they came to the conclusion he finalized the payments, they apologized and saud they will contact us when the mattress cones in. 2 weeks later we were not contacted.   • Underhanded Invoice Practice



    I am a victim of Sleepy's questionable invoicing practice. When I needed to return my recently purchased bed set, I found out that the salesman who was responsible for the original purchase had charged me on the invoice (but not verbally) for the sheets, bed frame and bed protector ($255) which I was told were free, and instead reduced the price of the bed-set by this amount. The consequence of this is that I am now only being given a refund on the invoiced price of the bed set, thereby effectively losing $255.     BOX SPRING CRACKED IN MIDDLE OF BED DUE TO FRAME SCREW AND NUT COMING LOOSE. wARRANTY REPS WILL NOT REPLACE MY BOX SPRING BECAUSE THERE ARE FINGER MARKS FROM LIFTING THE BED.     I purchased a Queen-Waldorf mattress from Sleepy's in Saddle River, NJ on 5/12/2008 (approx 16 mos ago-Inv#05128SRLIAM) and after 9 mos, I began to feel the mattress was developing a huge deep indentation in the center. After contacting them and having their 'inspection', I find out that they will only replace the box spring because the flaw it is only 1 3/8 inch deep instead of the needed 1.5 inches.
